Item TRANSNATIONAL CRIMINAL PROCESS AND CONSTITUTIONAL IMMUNITY: THE WEST AFRICAN EXPERIENCE(2014) Onadeko, O.A.The principle of State sovereignty in International Law allows a State to develop its own legal process to be regulated by its domestic laws. Such legal process includes criminal process. Hence, within the ambit of State sovereignty, some conducts may be identified as crimes for which certain legal machinery may be put in place for the trial and punishment of anyone found to have committed any of the legally recognized crimes.
