Hall' can the political culture and structure of violence be broken? Qualitative research method is used to obtain data. Relative deprivation theory is applied in explaining the root cause of violence in the society. This paper revealed that political culture of violence in developing democracies and developed alike has its origin which is traceable to bad governance and the deprivation of the people of their C0l111110n good. In order to break the political culture and structure of violence, good governance and prompt policy actions are inevitableen_US
